Raising: The process of needle punching with a raising machine or a carding machine to form a fluff layer on the surface of the product.
Shaping
Shaping: The process of applying a layer of styling glue on the surface of the product by thermal processing, so that the product can obtain various performance stability after stretching and have reduced shrinkage rate.
Hook breaking
Hook breaking: The process of using the hook-cutting machine to cut the loops on the surface of the hook-and-loop product into two halves to form a hook shape.
Slitting
